Place your order if you are 100% sure. You can cancel orders only within 24 hours without cancellation fee. Canceling of order without prior notice, you will be automatically blacklisted.

We will strictly follow PAYMENT FIRST POLICY before processing your order. Shipping fee will be shouldered by you. Non-compliance of payment equals to cancelation of order.

Froggo Express is not liable for any delays, loss, or damages from shipment because all items are thoroughly checked before shipment. Once items or packages have been handed over to the courier, it is no longer under the care or fault of Froggo Express.

Froggo Express reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions any time. It will be posted in their social media account (@froggoexpress) and you will receive a message in your email account from us ([email protected]), only if there are unexpected amendments in the form.
